Photographer. Sentimentalist. Professional over-noticer.

I’ve always been a little too interested in the details.

The old car with a story in every scratch.
The person who somehow makes a room feel different when they walk into it.
The roadside sign you almost missed.
The way late-afternoon light changes everything.
The photograph that brings an entire moment back before you even know why.

I notice things.

Maybe it's because I'm a photographer. Maybe it's because I've always been sentimental. Either way, I've never been particularly good at walking past something interesting without wondering about it.

Over the years, I've collected a lot of photographs, stories, places, ideas, and ventured down beautifully random rabbit holes. Some became projects. Some became photographs. Some became things I wrote down so I wouldn't forget them.

Bexx Haus is where I keep them.

It's a little photography studio. A little visual archive. A little notebook left open on the table.

You'll find photographs of people, places, and things that catch my eye. Vintage cars and the people who love them. Personal projects that usually start with a question and end somewhere I didn't expect. And a place to write about whatever I'm currently noticing, thinking about, or obsessing over.

I'm drawn to things with character.

The weathered. The imperfect. The sentimental. The unexpected.

I'm less interested in making everything look perfect than I am in making it feel like something.

That's probably why my work tends to live somewhere between editorial and documentary — thoughtfully composed, but still a little messy around the edges. I like photographs that leave room for a story. Images that make you look twice.

And I like stories that remind us that the most interesting things aren't always the loudest ones.

So that's Bexx Haus.

A collection of photographs, stories, observations, and whatever else I couldn't quite walk past.

Look twice. Stay curious. Keep noticing.
